The agreement between you and JustWavey LLC.

1. Who we are

JustWavey is operated by JustWavey LLC ("JustWavey", "we", "us"). By using justwavey.com or the JustWavey app you agree to these terms.

2. What JustWavey does

JustWavey turns a trading strategy you describe into structured rules, runs those rules on market data, shows a call (Buy now, Sell now or Wait), and can place orders in brokerage or exchange accounts that you connect. JustWavey is software. It is not a broker, an exchange, an investment adviser or a fiduciary.

3. Not investment advice

Nothing on JustWavey is investment, financial, legal or tax advice. The strategies are yours. The calls are the output of your rules. You alone decide whether to trade.

Independence

JustWavey is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any broker or exchange. Names of brokers and exchanges identify the services you can connect.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for following the laws and the broker or exchange rules that apply to you, including where you live.

5. Your accounts and keys

You connect your own accounts with your own API keys. You must use keys that can trade but cannot withdraw. You are responsible for the security of your accounts and for every order placed with your keys, whether you place it or JustWavey places it for you in Auto mode.

6. Membership and fees

Trading features need a membership: JustWavey Pro ($120 a month or $1,320 a year, unlimited connected accounts) or JustWavey ($20 a month or $220 a year, plus $1 a month for each connected account). The JustWavey fee is $2 each time you trade on JustWavey's call: when you place a trade on JustWavey's call, or when Auto places one for you, in a live account. Trades you make on your own are included. JustWavey charges no trading fees. See the Billing and refund policy.

7. Auto mode

Auto mode requires your separate agreement each time you turn it on. See the Auto mode agreement.

8. No guarantee

You could lose all of your money, and we do not guarantee any refunds, explanations, or funding. JustWavey is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that it will be accurate, uninterrupted or without errors, that market data will be correct or timely, or that orders will be placed, filled or filled at any price.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, JustWavey LLC is not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the membership fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim.

10. Acceptable use

Do not misuse JustWavey: no reverse engineering, scraping, attempts to break security, use for market manipulation, or use to get around the rules of any broker, exchange or country.

11. Ending your use

You can cancel your membership at any time. We can suspend or end access if you break these terms or if we must for legal reasons.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. We will post the new date at the top. Continued use means you accept the update.
