Billing and refund policy

How JustWavey LLC bills, and what to expect about refunds.

Prices

• JustWavey Pro: $120 a month, or $1,320 a year. Unlimited connected accounts included.
• JustWavey: $20 a month, or $220 a year.
• Connected accounts on JustWavey: $1 a month for each account you connect, billed monthly and updated when you connect or disconnect.
• Switching plans is prorated on your current billing period.
• JustWavey fee: $2 each time you trade on JustWavey's call: you tap the button for JustWavey's call, or Auto places the trade. Live accounts only. Trades you make on your own are included.
• JustWavey charges no trading fees or commissions. Your broker or exchange may charge its own.

When you are billed

Membership is billed at the start of each month or year. Connected accounts and JustWavey fees are billed monthly. Charges appear on your statement as JUSTWAVEY.

Cancelling

Cancel any time from the Account page with Manage billing. Your membership stays active until the end of the period you paid for. JustWavey fees already incurred are still billed.

Refunds

We do not guarantee any refunds, explanations, or funding.

Membership fees and JustWavey fees are not refundable unless the law requires it. Trading losses are never refunded. If you believe you were billed in error, email support@justwavey.com within 30 days.
