What JustWavey LLC collects, why, and what we never do.

What we collect

• Your email address, to sign you in and send account messages.
• The strategies you paste and the rules JustWavey builds from them.
• Your connected account details: the broker or exchange, a label you choose, and your API keys, encrypted before storage.
• Orders placed through JustWavey, your trading mode, and each Auto mode agreement with its date and time.
• Membership and billing status from our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.
• Basic technical data such as IP address and browser type, for security and rate limiting.

How we use it

To run JustWavey: sign you in, break down strategies, show calls, place the orders you ask for, bill your membership, keep the service secure, and answer support requests.

What we never do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your API keys for anything except reading your balances and placing the orders you ask for or that Auto places after you agree.

Who we share it with

Only the providers needed to run the service: our hosting and email provider, our payment processor, the provider that turns your strategy text into rules, our brokerage connection partner (for JustWavey Pro brokers), and the brokers or exchanges you connect.

Storage and security

Data is stored with our hosting provider. API keys are encrypted with AES-256-GCM. Sign in codes and sessions are stored only as one-way hashes.

Your choices

You can disconnect accounts at any time. To delete your account and data, email support@justwavey.com from your account email.

Browser storage

The app keeps your theme, journal and visitor strategy in your browser. We use one sign in cookie. We do not use advertising cookies.
